Warranty information was provided when you purchased your Symmetricom (Telecom Solutions, Datum, TrueTime) product. Most Symmetricom products come with a 12-month return-to-factory warranty. Some products are sold with a longer warranty as standard.  Some customers may have purchased a longer initial warranty or purchased a Symmetricom Global Services Extended Warranty contract. The Customer Assistance Center can provide detailed information on the warranty period for your products or verify coverage under an Extended Warranty contract.

In order to return product for repair or replacement, please request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RMA number, please select the Request a Repair link below.  Complete and submit the information in the form.  (A Word version of the form is also available at this link if you prefer to submit your request via e-mail.)

Upon receipt of your request, Our Repair Administration Department will provide an RMA number and the address to which the equipment should be returned and will verify whether the unit is under warranty or will advise a purchase order is required as well as the repair price for post-warranty repair.  Normal processing time to provide an RMA number is 24 to 48 hours.   

Customers with valid Extended Warranty contracts may follow the return instructions and use the contract RMA number and information form provided in their contract acknowledgment.  They do not need to request an RMA number.
