Integrated from Symmetricom components including the TSC GPS Rx, 100ps 2-Channel Timer, RF Distribution Amplifier, Synthesizer, Sychronizable Divider, and Time Code Generator, the UTC Recovery System generates output signals compatible with all Symmetricom modules.

Precise Timing Performance
The UTC Recovery System is capable of achieving <15ns Synchronization to UTC (USNO), assuming proper calibration. Cesium-standard accuracy is achieved using the Kalman filter based software, which controls the divider and synthesizer without disturbing the cesium standard.

Graphical User Interface System Control and Monitoring
Divided by function, the GUI display’s the system’s performance while enabling users to control system operation and view time code and alarm information. Users can view a polar plot of tracked satellites including a table of the tracking information for each satellite (including the reported offset to UTC). Raw GPS data and the filtered data used to steer the DDS is also available for display.

Designed for Maximum Reliability
The UTC Recovery System uses Flash memory instead of a hard drive to increase reliability and simplify code updates. Dual fans, visual and network status indicators, and dual power supplies make the unit extremely reliable for use in the most demanding applications.
