The SCi 1100 and SCi 1200 embedded subsystems are discrete IEEE 1588 (PTP) clients with Symmetricom’s industry-leading technology. These clients include filtering and servo algorithms that can mitigate the effects of network traffic and heterogeneous elements to deliver a highly precise clock signal. They are designed to solve a wide range of application problems with the transition of the telecom infrastructure to IP. The SCi 1100 and SCi 1200 also enable easy and rapid integration into network elements such as switches, routers, DSLAMs and base stations.
