Only products sold into Europe after August 2005 and marked with WEEE label are subject to Symmetricom’s WEEE recycling program. In order to return a product for recycling, please submit a recycling request. Complete and submit information in the request form using the link below.

Technology Conservation Group (TCG) is Symmetricom’s WEEE recycling partner. TCG will pay for transportation from Symmetricom’s Customer to a TCG site. TCG prefers to get returned products collected in pallets rather than module by module. TCG will also accept module deliveries. No minimum returns required. We do suggest our Customer return products collected in pallets, if applicable. TCG will check the transportation logistics with our Customer. Products will be returned to TCG UK or TCG Hungary.
