Symmetricom to Present at AeA Classic Financial Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Nov. 1, 2006 — Symmetricom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMM), worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, announced today that Thomas Steipp, president and chief executive officer, and Bill Slater, chief financial officer, will present at the American Electronics Association (AeA) Classic Financial Conference held at the Monterey Conference Center in Monterey, Calif.  The presentations are scheduled for Monday, Nov. 6 and Tuesday, Nov. 7.

There will be a live webcast of the audio portion of the presentation scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 7, at  9:00 a.m. Pacific time.  The webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the company's website at www.symmetricom.com and will be archived for 30 days.
