Symmetricom to Present at the 9th Annual Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. Growth Investor Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif. – May 26, 2005 – Symmetricom (Nasdaq:SYMM), a leading worldwide supplier of network synchronization and timing solutions and atomic clocks, announced today that it will participate in Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co.'s 9th Annual Growth Investor Conference to be held in New York, June 1 - 2, 2005.  Thomas Steipp, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Bill Slater, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present to leading institutional investors on Wednesday, June 1.  A live audio webcast of Symmetricom’s presentation will be available at www.symmetricom.com.
