Co-sponsored by the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions’ Optical Transport and Synchronization Committee (ATIS OPTXS) and the IEEE Communications Society, the event represents a global alliance of pre-eminent experts in synchronization for telecom and related applications.

In its 18th year, the purpose of WSTS ‘08 is to provide an industry-neutral, interactive forum on synchronization. The event will focus on the telecom core shifting from synchronous to asynchronous transport and the new methods of providing synchronization for various applications that have developed into standards.
