Symmetricom to Present at the B. Riley Sixth Annual Investor Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif. – March 9, 2005 – Symmetricom (Nasdaq:SYMM), a leading worldwide supplier of network synchronization and timing solutions and atomic clocks, announced today that it will present at the B. Riley Sixth Annual Investor Conference.  Thomas Steipp, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Bill Slater, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present to leading institutional investors on Wednesday, March 16, 2005.
