Symmetricom to Present at Upcoming Financial Conferences


SAN JOSE, Calif. — July 26, 2005 — Symmetricom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMM), a worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, announced today that it will make presentations to the investment community at the RBC Capital Markets North American Technology Conference in San Francisco on August 2, 2005, and the Adams Harkness 25th Annual Summer Seminar in Boston on August 3, 2005. Thomas Steipp, President and Chief Executive Officer and Bill Slater, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present to leading institutional investors.
