Symmetricom to Present at Thomas Weisel Partners Technology Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Jan. 23, 2007 — Symmetricom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMM), worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, announced today that Thomas Steipp, president and chief executive officer, and Bill Slater, chief financial officer, will present at the Thomas Weisel Partners Technology Conference on Monday, Feb. 5 at The Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.

There will be a live webcast of the audio portion of the presentation scheduled for 4:25 p.m. Pacific time.  The webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the company's website at www.symmetricom.com and will be archived for 30 days.
