Symmetricom to Present at Needham & Company 9th Annual Growth Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Jan. 3, 2007 — Symmetricom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMM), worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, announced today that Thomas Steipp, president and chief executive officer, and Bill Slater, chief financial officer, will present at the Needham & Company Ninth Annual Growth Conference on Thursday, Jan. 11 at the New York Palace Hotel.

There will be a live webcast of the audio portion of the presentation scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.  The webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the company's website at www.symmetricom.com and will be archived for 30 days.
