Symmetricom to Present at Roth Capital Partners 19th Annual OC Conference


SAN JOSE, Calif. — Feb. 7, 2007 — Symmetricom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMM), worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, announced today that Thomas Steipp, president and chief executive officer, and Bill Slater, chief financial officer, will present at the Roth Capital Partners 19th Annual OC Conference on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Calif.

There will be a live webcast of the audio portion of the presentation scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Pacific time.  The webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the company's website at www.symmetricom.com and will be archived for 30 days.
