Symmetricom to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences


SAN JOSE, Calif. — Aug. 17, 2006 — Symmetricom, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMM), a worldwide leader in precise time and frequency products and services, announced today that it will present at upcoming investor conferences. Thomas Steipp, president and chief executive officer, and Bill Slater, chief financial officer, will present at the Roth Capital Partners 2006 New York Conference on Thursday, Sept. 7 at the Westin Times Square in New York City. Steipp will also present at the Morgan Keegan 2006 Equity Conference on Friday, Sept. 8 at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tenn.
