Thomas W. Steipp President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Steipp has served as Chief Executive Officer of Symmetricom since December 1998. Mr. Steipp served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Symmetricom from December 1998 to October 1999. Mr. Steipp served as President and Chief Operating Officer, Telecom Solutions, a division of Symmetricom, from March 1998 to December 1998. Prior to joining Symmetricom, from February 1996 to February 1998, Mr.Steipp served as Vice President and General Manager of Broadband Data Networks, a division of Scientific-Atlanta.

William Slater Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Slater joined Symmetricom in August 2000 as CFO, bringing nearly 20 years of experience leading successful finance operations. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Mr. Slater served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Computer Curriculum Corporation (CCC), a leading enterprise software provider to the education industry. Mr. Slater is a Certified Public Accountant whose previous roles include Vice President of Financial Planning for Simon & Schuster, Group Controller for Revlon's Professional Products Group and as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. |

Paul Chermak
Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Support Mr. Chermak joined Symmetricom in 2007, bringing a long track record of strategic account and market development for both hardware and software sales. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Mr. Chermak was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the High Technology Group at I2 Technologies. He has also served as Managing Director, International, for ITM software, as Vice President of the Application Solutions Group at Silicon Graphics and in a variety of sales and marketing positions for Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Chermak holds a B.A. in Geo-Chemical Engineering from Gustavus Adolphus and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. |

Dale Pelletier Executive Vice President, Global Manufacturing Operations
Mr. Pelletier joined the company in 1986 and since 1996 has served as Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Pelletier has held key positions in division management, manufacturing operations and accounting at Symmetricom. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Mr. Pelletier worked in the telecom industry at Prentice Corporation and the test equipment industry at Everett Charles. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University. |

Bruce Bromage Executive Vice President & General Manager, Timing, Test and Measurement Division
Dr. Bromage joined Symmetricom in April, 2002 as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Alliances. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Dr. Bromage was employed by Hewlett Packard where he was Director of Business Development as well as General Manager of Embedded Systems. He has also served as a Program Manager with Hughes Aircraft Co. and Member of Technical Staff for Bell Laboratories. Dr. Bromage holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |

James Armstrong Executive Vice President & General Manager, Telecom Solutions Division
Mr. Armstrong joined Symmetricom in 2006 as vice president of engineering and now serves as the EVP & GM of the Telecom Solutions Division. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Mr. Armstrong was president of Movidis, Inc., a privately held company that develops high-performance networking equipment for OEM and enterprise markets. From 1998-2002, he served as vice president of software development at DIVA Systems, a provider of interactive, on-demand television products and services. Mr. Armstrong holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University. |

Bill Minor Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources
Mr. Minor joined Symmetricom in 2006, bringing over 25 years’ experience in human resources, business and finance. Prior to Symmetricom, Mr. Minor directed global human resource practices at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. Previous to Cypress, Mr. Minor directed worldwide human resource strategies and programs for Lam Research Corporation. He also held senior-level human resource positions at KLA Instruments and the Electric Power Research Institute. Mr. Minor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Hayward, and a Masters in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University. |
