The position requires an individual capable of project management, designing and supporting production for a variety of precision frequency source applications in the space, military and avionics industries. In particular, the individual will be the responsible Project Engineer for various precision crystal oscillator projects. The detailed responsibilities include circuit design and related technical analyses, production and sales support, test development and direct customer technical interface. Sound oscillator design skills and knowledge and understanding of the effects of space and military applications, shock, vibration, temperature and radiation are critical. Past experience as a Project Engineer in electronics development in a structured manner for both standard and custom designs is required.

Essential Qualifications:

• BSEE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in oscillator design with more than 3 years of project management.
• Experience in a commercial manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills including Electrical Simulations, Microsoft Office, Project and Power Point.
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Desired:

• Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Background in a space, military or avionics environment.
• Background in Physics.
• Management or Supervisor experience
• Previous experience in a management of complex development project which included tracking progress via detailed work breakdown structures.
